First Impressions are key!  Yup, this can make or break your overall event experience and it’s mostly due to .  The goal is to carry through your desired experience for your overall event.  Think about cohesion & intentionality.  The first touch may over or under deliver and if your messaging is off it can cause confusion.  In this episode we are looking at P1, Pre-Experience.  Here is a question to consider:

• What is the first impression you’d like to make on your event?
• What do I need to do throughout to ensure my experience is cohesive with my first impression?
• How can I build and improve upon that first impression?
