What is Skinari Wellness?

Skinari Wellness is a part of my home Villa Skinari in Antipaxos - Ionian Islands, Greece.

Villa Skinari is my private home, the source, or the tree as I see it from where I find inspiration and motivation to work and create. A place where I have grounded and I keep growing from even when I'm not there. A mindful centre. A hub in the wheel of my life that spins endlessly. With all that I am passionate about and like to express and share. Skinari Wellness is where I break it all down and also support people with wellbeing coaching etc online and 1:1 coaching & support.
