We live in a world where – If you are breathing, someone is judging you. If your dead, someone is still judging you. And if you are a Trauma Survivor, a Warrior for your truth – you and me, we are getting it back, belly and side, i.e. being judged 365 days of the year.
Now, when I say judgment – I am not referring to the judicial system. I am referring to the opinions and conclusions that people make about you and let’s tell the truth – the opinions and conclusions that we make about them. And let’s go deeper – let’s tell our whole truth. You and me – we judge ourselves – sometimes, brutally. And so, how do we protect ourselves? Boundaries.
