Waterline Model**

• Task - Jobs that need to get done. when task is interrupted, we dip below the waterline  of maintenance
• Maintenance- Things we do to support the task.

  4. Intrapersonal
• Where do we first look to solve problems?
  • Often it's interpersonal or Intrapersonal. Go to Structure first!
