In this week's episode, Nicole Harp and I share our experiences with grief in the context of taking care of Nicole's mother who passed away from dementia last year and receiving my son's diagnosis of autism. We discuss what helped us work through our grief, such as working through our resistance, using mindful presence, and relying on our intuition to recognize that there is magic and beauty available for us in the darkest of times. Enjoy and much love, Kristen
