In this podcast on Journaling I share:

Why I started journaling
My journaling practice currently
What are some of the benefits of journaling
Common Q's about journaling answered- such as the fear of being "too negative" in your journal.

Journaling was the first tool I used at the beginning of my "Self Project Journey" (self growth journey, self healing journey, spiritual journey... whatever you want to call it). I started journaling out of desperation to escape the chaos that was happening inside of my mind- I was clincally depressed and anxious, experiencing strong periods of suicidal thoughts at the time. It was my last call for help, I even wrote to God whom I have actively protested against believing in my whole life... it was my last call for help. I can say it truly changed my life, and the lives of many others who have taken up the practice after having it recommended or tasked (to my clients) by me.
I've now been journaling for 7 years, it is a tool I recommend to everyone I speak to and all of my clients who WANT to feel, act and BE different but they can't figure out why they are so stuck. It is a great tool to empower yourself, become trusting in your ability to be there for yourself in time of stress and to gain deep insights into why you do what you do.

I hope you enjoy this episode, and it perhaps inspires you to begin your own journaling practice.
