028- "One important thing to know about grief is that it's the natural response to the loss of any THING or anyONE important to us."

Tammy Robinson, author of her newest book, Stories of Good Grief joins me today.

We will all have times of grief and these 5 tips will not only be calming to the mind, heart and body but can also help you avoid going off the rails in eating or drinking.

One of the kindest things you can do for yourself and others is to not judge where you or they fall in the grief cycle and how many times one goes back into one.

Allowing and processing the emotions are so important for your health. Be kind and compassionate.

Becoming aware now of how chronic stress affects your body will help you make better decisions that are in your favour rather than sabotaging what you really want.

"Grief is one of the hardest things we deal with in life. If we allow it to, it can make us into stronger people."
