We hope for many things:

• We hope it doesn't rain.
• We hope the test comes back ok.
• We hope our flight isn't delayed.
• We hope our kids make good choices.

In its ordinary form, hope is full of uncertainty; however, biblical hope is distinctively different. Biblical hope is rooted in God's character, faithfulness, and sovereignty.
