*#1 Job is to find out what matters to them- It's about having a meaningful impact and creating a legacy.

*Identify barriers to build trust- Establishing and building trust is essential to any effective working relationship. Once rapport is established, genuine collaboration can begin.

*Provide opportunities for growth- Promote and respect the autonomy of your team while intentionally creating space for personal and professional growth.
