Today I am being the passing by friend in the elevator of life. I've come to quickly drop a word of inspo and say it is time to talk nice. You have done the work to get here where you need to be, you made the blueprint, and you cut the underlying roots. Now it's time to come for the way you speak to yourself.

I found myself not walking boldly in my decision to become an entrepreneur because I felt like the carfax would put me on blast. I didn't have enough numbers, I haven't sold out of anything yet, I didn't have an assistant to grab me coffee, etc. But the textbook definition of entrepreneur doesn't say anything about having an office with Central Park views so why was this my definition? We have to change the way we speak to ourselves. You are capable. You are able. You are smart. You are talented. All of these things are true so they qualify you to claim that you are an influencer, you are a chef, you are (insert goal here). If you keep holding back from claiming what you are, attaining what you are will be impossible.
