Saludos, mis amigos de #Hive y a la comunidad de #SWC, por acá les saluda nuevamente Joscar Mundo. En esta oportunidad le estaré compartiendo mi participación en el primer SWC CHALLENGE N° 1 Súper Set. Este Challenge me demostró mi mejora en el entrenamiento de fuerza y resistencia, lo vengo realizando hace meses adecuando a mi cuerpo estos ejercicios que a veces son demandantes, aunque hay muchos mejores tiempos que el mío me siento satisfecho con mis resultados, saludos mis mejores éxitos a todos los atletas de la comunidad que estén realizando el CHALLEGUEN Nº 1 DE SWC. ¡Nos vemos!
