This is a traditional sacred practice also called Saminchakuy, traditional to the indigenous Q’ero Paqos, living in the high Andes of Peru. The paqos are masters of living energy in the Inka earth-based spiritual tradition. I received this meditation within their teachings and with the permission of the Global Paqo School and the Wiraqocha Foundation.
