Breaking news: this morning, the US Supreme Court has ruled that states cannot remove Donald Trump from the ballot. By simply putting the decision in the hands of congress rather than individual states, the Supreme Court has successfully avoided making a real decision on this issue. The issue of eligibility is still in question, and will likely make its way back to the court in short order.
