In today’s episode, I want to share a reframe that I have been using lately and that is Good or Bad it Won’t Last forever! Whether you are in a hard season or an amazing season neither will last forever that is what we are guaranteed. The same is true for, as @katysaltsman likes to say, growth versus maintenance season. Both are important, maintenance season is needed to rest and prepare for the upcoming growth season. Just like without the contrast of the bad seasons, the good wouldn’t be as enjoyable.

The important thing to remember is that no matter what you are going through it won’t last forever. So remember to be present in every moment, because life is happening in the small moments.
