**On Episode 38, I want to remind you to embrace the cringe that comes with evolving. Cringe is unavoidable. Cringe is a sign that you are growing and evolving as a human when you look back on your past and cringe a little. We all know that song lyrics as your picture captions and super filtered Instagram photos were cringe but we still did it at the time.
I share some of my cringe moments, but ultimately want to remind you that cringe just means you are growing.**
