On this week's episode, I talk about how I changed my relationship with alcohol after years of drinking too much. I used to spend too much of my time binge drinking, blacking out, or partying too hard all at the expense of my mental health. The unhealthy relationship I had with alcohol affected so many areas of my life. Now that I finally have a healthier relationship with alcohol, I want to talk about my experience and how I got to this point.
