I felt called to share a bit about my experiences around this! 

Challenges, struggles and restrictions that we experience are very valid and real and we deserve to honour ourselves by validating them. 

They are also contrasts to what we also get to experience on the other side of that challenge. 

Through accepting, allowing and empowerment, we can transmute and transform the struggles and then experience what it is we truly want to experience; the expansion and freedom.
