1. Saw the need that people weren't recognizing.

Jackie walked into the store as a customer over 10 years ago and noticed the need for the business in today's world. This led her to getting involved in the business and helping it to have many franchises all over the United States.

After walking into the business for the first time she risked her job on working behind Mike the original owner of the business. This risk payed off and allowed her to become the CEO of the company today.

1. Build upon the culture she has built.

After she began franchising the business all over the country, she began to hold weekly meetings about culture for the business. This allowed all owners of the business to stay involved and truly embrace the culture of Hounds Town USA.
