Q1: Any tips on getting back on track after a weekend away?/ Or … after a horrendous week?

Q2: How to cope with the male dominated sections of the gym! Often when I go down to use the squat rack I'm the only woman there and the male energy is very intimidating

Q9: How to get the motivation to get up and gym in the morning. At the moment my routine is all over the place because of my bf's shifts, so I don't have set times for the gym, and getting up in the morning for it is really hard
