On todays episode Jess talks about being "busy". 

It gets a lot of shade thrown on the term. So she really took a look at it and what it meant.

She redefined that word in her life.

Through realizing what she wanted her life to look like and how she wanted to spend her time.

Busy has a different meaning now to her and life has changed drastically for the better.

This time of year especially we can easily get caught up in the hustle and the expectations.

Spend your time "busy" doing things that get you where you want in life. Making the memories you want to make. Invest your time doing things that matter.
