Sometimes when we share our account of the truth, if our intention is to cause harm, then harm we cause, even when we are simply sharing the truth.

There is a fine line between sharing for support, advice and alchemy compared to harmful gossip.

We highlight the tenderness of these shadow aspects in us all, bringing emphasis to how much care and love must be taken when exposing these parts to the light so as not to cause huge trauma.

When this exposure is done in vengeful or punishing ways, it can result in soul loss, shadow parts retreating back into the shadows, and many more in-optimal effects.
