I’m Kathleen D'Oré and I have been teaching memory techniques to students and actors for over 20 years.

In this first episode, I will introduce you to the first and most important memory technique called Loci.

I will show you:

• How to use my favourite loci technique called The Journey, and
• How to apply it to a list.

You will then be able to recall the list – this technique does not need memory, just imagination.
