Meet the guest: Dr. Gregg Rentfrow has been an Extension Meat Specialist and Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky since 2006. With 75% of his appointment dedicated to extension and 25% to teaching, Dr. Rentfrow collaborates closely with meat and livestock producers and the 4-H and FFA programs. He has over 36 years of experience in the meat industry, focusing on meat science education, consumer education, and enhancing meat product quality.
