People who put their faith in science, social justice, or anything that is of the world will ultimately be let down. As Pastor Ben shares in today's lesson, those who put their faith in the Lord will never be disappointed. Don't rely on Earthly pleasures to bring you happiness. Don't expect your friendships to fulfill you. The only true thing that can provide contentment and will never forsake you is the Lord. His promises are eternal. His blessings are given with your best interest in mind. And only through His son can your sins be forgiven.
