Today- A total solar eclipse is set to take place on April 8th. In preparation, County Executive Anthony Picente Jr., has issued guidelines to ensure public safety. The eclipse will cause noticeable changes from 2:07 to 4:33pm, with totality occurring around 3:21pm for about one minute and forty-two seconds.
