This week we continue with the series on my abusive relationship with a narcissist. The cycle of abuse is in full swing at this point and things are just continuing to get worse. I actually found a diary that I kept during this time period and I read an excerpt from that diary in this episode, so we’re getting real personal today! But in order to help others avoid or get out of an abusive relationship I truly feel like I can’t hold anything back. So here goes!
