A #dailyscrum is intended for the developers to spend roughly 15 minutes talking about what is planned for the day ahead, what has been achieved, and to raise any potential impediments to progress.
It isn't intended to be a long meeting nor does it exist for the team to discuss problems on a granular level.
It is a short, sharp meeting that makes sure the team are aligned and that any impediments can be escalated to the correct person for resolution.
For that reason, the #scrummaster generally would not invite #productstakeholders to the meeting; however, there may be circumstances where it may be valuable for them to be there.
