A scrum master is like the glue that binds the scrum team together. They work with both the product owner as well as the development team to create an environment where others can excel.
In many ways, they are the coach that helps the team perform and thrive.
But what do you do if you come up against a product owner that doesn't realise or recognise the value of a scrum master? What do you do when you are working with a product owner that has no real training for the role?
