Because of Christ’s lasting work of salvation, we can now come into God’s presence with hearts full of gratitude and amazement. We can sing songs of worship and thanksgiving with sincerity, understanding each lyric. Like the psalmist in today’s scripture, we have no fear in approaching the altar of God, for our sin has been paid for and we are fully, completely redeemed.
