As we head towards the end of January, I want to focus this episode on energy and creating more energy. We’ve all started off with some really great intentions in January but have you stuck to them? My other episodes this month have been all about goals, intentions and goal setting. I'm sure many of us have been making inroads into changing habits, be that dry January, healthy eating, or being more focused, and present. But have you really tuned into how your body is feeling?

Here are the Highlights:

  • 01.59 Are you working with your body?
  • 02:24 We generally know what we should and shouldn't be eating
  • 04:06 We really notice how our body reacts to something that is not natural
  • 05.15 We might get brain fog because we've put lots of sugar into our bodies.
  • 09:26 We need to give our body what it needs and reduce the toxins
  • 09.37 She had gone from diabetic to pre-diabetic markers
  • 16.35 Everyone has to find their own way home.
  • 17.26 I don't have time.
  • 18.28 Don't wait for something else to come along. Do this now.
