Day 106 — “Civil War Among God’s People”

Sin never stays contained.
What begins in private…
eventually fractures entire communities.
Israel is now at war—not with their enemies…
but with each other.
A nation called to reflect God’s heart…
is now divided, angry, and broken.
And even when they seek justice—
they rush ahead without fully humbling themselves before God.
⚠️ Here’s the warning:
You can be right about the issue… and still wrong in your posture.
Righteous causes don’t excuse pride.
Truth doesn’t remove the need for humility.
Israel had the right concern—
but they lacked the right dependence.
👉 When sin is ignored, division is inevitable
👉 When pride is present, even justice becomes distorted
And the cost?
Loss. Grief. Devastation.
🙌 But even here, God is calling His people back—
not just to action, but to repentance and surrender.
Today’s Challenge:
Are you bringing your battles before God with humility…
or just charging ahead because you think you’re right?
