We are all playing a smaller game than we’re capable of. The thing that makes it so challenging for most of us is because our circles of influence simply aren’t challenging us and stretching us to grow.

If you want to have the greatest opportunity to grow, we are required to put ourselves into radically different environments so we are surrounded by others who are pulling us forward.

The quickest way to change our habits, behaviors, and results is to put ourselves around a bunch of other people whose habits, behaviors, and results we wish to have as our own. We spend enough time around them, and we will begin to emulate them thus receiving their results.
