Sometimes, we think we know our purpose until a trigger events causes us to reevaluate or realize something different. The pandemic was a huge example of that for many people, but other events could include retirement, marriage, divorce, empty-nesting, and similar events.

Today, Ian Chamandy joins us to help us shift our perspective on purpose, whether it's before or after one of those trigger events. There's purpose for individuals and purpose for companies, and we discuss both.
