Just a quick chat about how I got into overlanding and some of my background. Without knowing it my parents raised me to be an overland addict. My mom taught me a love of travelling and adventure, while my dad taught me to love the outdoors, to be self-reliant, and a love of vehicles. That upbringing combined with the military sending me to the mountains really got me hooked.
