Craft beer is a global term, but in some countries, the word bears a smaller meaning than in others. One of the countries where craft beer is just taking its first steps in Ecuador. After moving there in 2012 to start a hostel, Nathan Keffer found that both he and his guests were missing the modern flavors of hops, malt, and yeast.He helped co-found Bandido Brewing in 2013, in the historic old town of Quito.
