We all like to be liked, but there's two things to remember about this: first, sometimes we go about being liked the wrong ways; and, second, Jesus said that His followers would be hated because of Him (Matthew 10:22, Mark 13:13, Luke 21:17). So what do we go about "being liked" in this ever more hate-filled world? We earn a "good name" by being loving and faithful, like Christ. Proverbs 3:3-4 says, “Let love and faithfulness never leave you…write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.” How does this apply to our lives? What does this look like in our broken world? This podcast addresses this topic.

Here's the thing: like Jesus said, they may end up hating us because of Him, but may they never hate Him because of us.
