In this episode, Dr. Charlie Easmon is joined by Rollo Clifford, entrepreneur, investor, public speaker, and former chairman of the West Somerset Citizens Advice Bureau.

Like so many people, Rollo went through a period of financial difficulty and sought help from his local Citizens Advice. The support he received gave him the motivation to give back and, by doing so, led him to become chairman of the West Somerset bureau and revolutionised the way the it operates and it has allowed him to give back to the community and institution that supported him.

This episode is a great guide to help and inspire people to get the support they need, regardless of their  circumstances. During the current cost of living crisis, where mental health is affected massively, it is crucial  for people to seek help.
