When you think about the people involved in the Gospel stories, there are many "what if's?" When things are hard and it's even harder to understand what God is doing, sometimes it helps to ask "what if?" of some of the people in the stories of Jesus.  Bringing their stories to life can sometimes help us see the bigger picture of how what God is doing. This What if story is inspired by and comes from the wonderful storyteller Bob Hartman who wrote it in his book, Telling Bible Stories.
