Hey guys my name is Janiecia, and this is my podcast “THEWALK”. On this podcast I’m sharing my walk, my journey of fully submitting to Christ. I want to share with you guys how I change, grow and find the purpose that God has for me. I just want to encourage others to also submit to Christ, change, and find the purpose that God also has for them. Welcome to my walk.
Going astray from God and falling back into to sin. I was ashamed to Go back but GOD lead me to 1 Corinthians 10:13 reminding that he is faithful
GOD hates pride (proverbs 8:13) and many people and I struggle with this sin. Pride can come from a place born of hurt. But we have to let it go! I have four things I been working on that has been helping me let go of my pride.
I was living in a ongoing cycles of life full of no purpose. God created everything with intention and purpose. We need to live in our purpose. To find purpose Seek God! Seeking him our purpose and his plans will fall in place for us.
living in today's culture and society hook up culture and just casual sex is normalized. a lot of us indulge in it because we are ignorant to God's word and the effects of sin. That's why as believers it's important for us to be set apart. I want to share my story of learning the difference between love vs lust and how I overcome lust.
Being disobedient caused me to entertain distractions and delay things that God had for me. Which led me to heatbrake and disappointment. Mini story time!! I put my self in a situation but God used it to test me, and show me what I needed to work on.
Lots of people want to follow Christ or just grow their relationship with him, but don't know where to start. I'm sharing 10 things that help me change and grow my relationship with God to help you.
On this walk, I've been learning my true worth as a child of God. Knowing my worth as child of God comes with me having to set boundaries so I won't allow people to mess up the places and blessings that God has in store for me.

On this walk with Christ, I have been personally convicted from partying drinking and smoking. God has exposed me to how I was becoming a slave to these things, how I needed to let go of then and I need to come to him.
On my walk with GOD I’ve learned how important friendships/relationships with others are. I learning to let go of my pride, heal and be open to new people in my life. There are certain things I look for now far as being a friend and looking for friends to make sure I’m surrounding myself around people that can lead me to my purpose.
2 Corinthians 5:17 [17] Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. Coming to God, he will make us new through the spirit. God has sat me down to make me look at myself to make some changes within myself so I can grow, change and become better.
