Today's guest is Sarah Cox. She shares her very personal journey navigating through multiple losses and finding hope through loss. She is the host of the Finding Hope After Loss Podcast which now has 19 published episodes. It involves topics of infertility, loss, and finding hope after you have been through loss.

Sarah was diagnosed with PCOS at a young age and vulnerably shares with us about her fertility journey. She has been married to her husband for 11 years, and they have three beautiful children. She had her son, followed by three losses. One of her daughters, Jasmine, was diagnosed with CDH (congenital diaphragmatic hernia) and mosaic trisomy 15. She was stillborn on March 11, 2018 at 32 weeks. It was after then that she had her "rainbow daughter" and in December 2022 had her "pot of gold daughter."

Sarah says Jasmine was and still is her inspiration for starting her blog and the reason behind the incredible work she does now. "I wrote about life after loss and started Project Finding Your Rainbow to help bring awareness to pregnancy and infant loss." The project now has 227 stories published. It has been to the UK, Australia, Peru, and Canada. It has also been to 43 different states!
