Takoda Collins, was hospitalized December 13, 2019 after paramedics were called to a home at 1934 Kensington Drive in Dayton. He was articulated dead at the emergency clinic.
McLean let the 911 dispatcher know that Collins has had clinical issues before, including "mental way of behaving," and he hurt himself constantly and pummeled his own head. "It continues forever," McLean told the dispatcher.
The dispatcher coordinated McLean to do mouth to mouth on the kid. McLean said Takoda had something emerging from his mouth at that point, which he was unable to distinguish. The dispatcher had McLean turn his child on his side to assist with holding him back from stifling on upchuck.
Following a few minutes, doctors and police showed up and the emergency call got the conversation with McLean and people on call.
