What on Earth is an "energetic intention?" When my coach asked me about my "energetic intention" for the new year, I froze. 

All of the parts of me that protect me went on high alert. This felt like unfamiliar territory. And then, just like that, came the clarity. 

In this episode, I share my "energetic intention for 2023" and give some prompts for you to set yours. 

What energy do we want to share in 2023? What energy do we want to receive? What frequency are we going to calibrate at so that we ensure we are lit up each day and feeling steady and ready to honor ourselves, our spirit... To be able to parent from a place of peace and assuredness? 

I hope this episode inspires you to set an energetic intention.  Instead of a New Year's resolution, we can ponder on, "how do we want to feel in the year ahead??"
