Previously, she was the founder of Working Theory Angels. Rachael moved into a full-time investment role after gaining her operating experience as the Managing Director of Eventbrite in Australia and New Zealand banking group.

She has worked with thousands of early-stage startups as the Head of Startups for Amazon Web Services. Rachael has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and two Masters's degrees from Columbia University.
