In this episode, Jen shares the story of losing her brother, Teddy, to suicide and how she has been making meaning from the loss and learning to live with her grief. She is a mental health advocate, marathoner, and writer. Jen also is currently serving on the Massachusetts chapter of the board member of American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. We discuss how walking for her own peace turned into running miles to honor her brother's memory and how that has forged connections with others grieving loved ones as well as where she is with her grief currently.
