This week I am joined by Dr Will O'Connor. He's a husband and a father of one. He utilises his PhD in sports science, along with his experience as an elite ultra-athlete, in coaching and educating athletes and everyday people to realise their potential.

I have known Dr Will for a number of years, since I was the manager at the Human Performance Laboratory at Massey University when he was completing some of his post-graduate studies.

In this episode we dive into his background, discuss how he and his wife are both able to continue to compete at an elite level whilst being parents, and briefly chat about some of the benefits and practicalities of aerobic training for strength athletes.
