I tend not to be an anxious person.   Are you prone to periods of anxiety, my friend?  I do not want to make light of the subject or think I am an expert by any stretch of the imagination.  People who feel anxious should seek professional help.  I only offer a spiritual insight into the growing concern of anxiety in our lives.  I realize I am blocking the future when I feel anxious about an upcoming event.  The anxiety tends to keep me in a cocoon of uncertainty, which leads to an even more desperate feeling of being trapped.
