Have you ever started something with a hope and a prayer, my friend?  I started the new position my company gave me, and I am running on faith and hope.  Do you remember me telling you I was given a new position as director of our training and development department?  I will make training videos for our employees as they onboard into the company or a new position.  I will also make informational and educational videos for training purposes.
