Suicide is the 2ND leading cause of death amongst boys/men aged 15-25. As I break down those numbers and cause, I also talk about how we can put a dent into the scary numbers, and perhaps normalize mens feelings all together!
I have dealt with depression and anxiety for most of my life. I talk about how Anxiety has taken me to the ER over 30 times, how I deal with Hypochondria and fear.
