20+ years of youth ministry comes with it’s share of struggles and failures. In this episode I walk through four failures in how I approached ministry at different points along the way. 1.Not catching the vision to invest in and empower leaders. 2.Dumping instead of delegating. 3.Siloing our Student Ministry. 4.Letting my ministry = my identity. I’m grateful that I’ve been able to identify these failures and grow through them.
