Our conversationalists for this episode are Lisa Halton and Kellie McGivern. Lisa has worked on several projects that cater to health and wellbeing in the built environment. Kellie is Design manager for Hesperia Property Development and Principal of Project Advisory & Design Management practice for Lacewings Advisory.

In this spirited conversation, Lisa and Kellie discuss their non-linear career paths- from early childhood aspirations, how these changed, and the struggles in their lives linked that change. They identify shared experiences with other women in the industry and how it has built resilience and strength to push forward, questioning: “Who am I going to be in this world?”
